Internship Letter Issuance Ceremony

The School of Maritime Studies (Shipping & Logistics) at CMC – School of Maritime Studies successfully organized the “Internship Letter Issuance Ceremony (Nationwide Internship) & Interview Readiness Simulation” for its students as part of its continuous efforts to bridge academic learning with industry expectations.

The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Thiru. S. Satheesh Kumar, who conducted an engaging and insightful session for the students. Representing Greenwich Meridian Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., he shared valuable industry knowledge, practical career guidance, and real-time insights into the shipping and logistics sector.

As part of the program, internship letters for nationwide internship opportunities were officially issued to the students, marking an important step in their professional journey. The Interview Readiness Simulation session focused on enhancing students’ confidence, communication skills, and understanding of corporate interview expectations. Students also gained practical exposure to workplace standards, recruitment processes, and professional etiquette followed in the logistics and maritime industries.

The session proved to be highly beneficial, helping students prepare effectively for internships and future career opportunities in the shipping and logistics domain.
