🔑 KEY TERMS

Payment & Registration Guidelines

• Payment(s) through this Service may only be made with a Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Net Banking
• The Registration Amount will be deducted from the 1st semester tuition fee
• Register the form and block your seat by paying Registration fee to avoid disappointments
• Make necessary enquiry about charges or fees payable from your respective Bank before using this Service

🛡️ SECURITY & LIABILITY

Data Protection & User Responsibility

• Credit Card information is processed by payment gateway and not supplied to CMC
• User is solely responsible to ensure that information entered in relevant fields are correct
• Personal data transmitted over Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/or fraud
• CMC has no control over such security matters and assumes no liability
• Take and retain a copy of transaction for record keeping purposes

💳 PAYMENT DETAILS

Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Bank Account Requirements

The Applicant may pay application/initial fees using debit/credit card, UPI or online banking. By initiating payment, you warrant and confirm:

• You are fully and lawfully entitled to use such payment method
• You are responsible to ensure payment details provided are accurate
• You authorize debit of nominated account for selected fees and applicable charges
• You ensure sufficient credit/balance is available at time of payment

💰 REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

• Fees once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances
• If Eligibility Criteria are not met during admission, advance amount will be refunded
• Refund will be processed after deducting a process fee of 10%

🔒 PRIVACY POLICY

Data Confidentiality & Usage

• Information provided by users shall be kept confidential and not shared with anyone
• Data will not be accessible to third parties unless required by law
• CMC may share personal information with bankers for clearing fee payments within legal limits
• Payment card information is not accessed or stored by the Institute
• Permission of card owner must be obtained if using someone else's card
